A: My scripts are based on a mix of personal interest and votes from my Patreon fans. I'll consider most ideas, but I can't guarantee that I'll write about any specific fetish.
Q: Will you make releases on MacOS or iOS?
A: Apple requires game devs to purchase licenses for any games that are published for MacOS. When I ran a poll on my Twitter, there wasn't much interest in a MacOS release, so it likely won't happen. iOS games must be approved through the Apple App Store and NSFW games like this would not qualify.

Hello! Not sure if this is just a me issue or not, but I'm having an issue where the screen goes completely black and I can't continue. It's at the (what I'm assuming) is the first nsfw scene after the rooftop convo with Daisy. I tried both the massage and doctor play paths and both end in a black screen. Only one that didn't was to skip and continue the story but it skips the sequence entirely.
I'll go ahead and download a previous version and see if the problem still exists for me. Other than that, this is an amazing game so far and I hope you guys keep up the great work!~

The interaction was intended, since that was the end of Chapter 2.
To avoid further confusion, we've made a change that takes the player to the title screen at the end.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I see. Thanks for clearing that up. I had figured that it was the end of the chapter or something similar but wasn't sure since if you skip there's a couple of lines of dialog before fading back to the title screen. Once again, the game so far is amazing and keep up the good work!

thank you for the reply, glad to hear it that there will a android version for this game in the future. Imo game like this should have a platform that support situation where you can play in everywhere you want/suitable for each player, even if people can still use laptop instead of pc, android is more suitable imo because you can carry it everywhere. First and foremost: I do eally enjoy that game! And as some other noticed, thanks a lot for the non "vanilla" version/gender choices!
I do however have some questions about it:
1. Would it be doable to have a way to export/import save? I get you want to keep the download version of the game for patreon only ; but it would be really great to be able to backup save outside of the browser (for free players). Some people are kina a bit too much into private browsing an cleaning browser caches ^^"
It may also be convenient to be able to transition between the web version and download version of the game.
2. Is there content exclusive to patreon players? Latest update say one scene is added only for patreon people, I was wondering if it was an early access for them or exclusive content
In any case, I'm looking forward to see more of my favorite domme!

For the first question, I was trying to find a balance between making my writing accessible, but still rewarding my supporters and I've decided that most quality of life upgrades (downloading the game, exporting saves, immediate access to NSFW scenes, etc) that don't affect the game's playability will be Patreon exclusive features. If you'd like to access the NSFW scenes more quickly, you should be able to change the skip mode in the settings menu to 'Skip All Text' and you should be able to fast-forward through the story that way.
For the second question, those scenes are likely to stay as exclusive content. However, I'll continue updating the in-browser version of the game (as long as Doting Dominatrix is still in development, of course), so you'll continue to see new content even if you don't subscribe.

I can understand downloading and immediate access to scenes being Patreon exclusive, but locking something as basic as saving behind a paywall seems pretty extreme. Forcing people to go through the intro every single time the game gets updated doesn't really seem fair, even with text skipping.

I understand it's something frustrating to deal with but we are still in development and the demo is available as a free product. We are currently focused on creating content and other higher development priorities. Future updates may break these save slots and as a small dev team we are not, at this time, able to handle bugs to such a degree.

You can save the game. There is a save button in the main textbox UI. The commentor was asking to export saves.
It's not unfair for game developers to charge money for their games, regardless of what functionality they do or do not allow. Game development is a lot of work and requires the devs to hire artists and pay for assets they can't make themselves. Charging money for our game is way to recoup the costs we've spent to put our vision into the world.
I hope that explains why we have made the choices that we did.

Great game! Love seeing games that are gender inclusive, a lot of nsfw games specifically are very cis male oriented. The different pet names and genital choice made me happy to see since I don't see that often and it gets tiring being referred to with the wrong gender or equipment :') excited to see the full release!

Just a grey screen while the game downloads really really slowly. Please consider a different distribution method. Complete: 168 MB in 55 minutes of waiting.
Player monolog should not have a heart cursor in the beginning. That aestethic in the beginning is really jarring and that could be a small way to show how the players mood is changing if that’s not to difficult to accomplish.
The custom(?) save menu is neat.
The voice acting is really sweet.
The use of public transport is lovely. But not as lovely as her smile. A fleshed out human. Not just fap material.
The JOI session the only NSFW content so far is good. Well made. I just kinda wish she wouldn’t just call me by one preferred title as that sounds very robotic. A “don’t use those titles” system would be a great idea.

The heart cursor is a replacement graphic for the generic arrows that Naninovel uses to showcase moving dialogue. It's not particularly difficult to change the cursor to a different graphic to suit the player's mood. However, we also want to allow the player to decide what the MC might be feeling. I'll keep your suggestions in mind!
I considered the idea of not using titles, but splitting preferred names from player genitals was really tricky to do and it's not exactly possible to voice act every single type of pronoun/nickname that a player might use for themselves. I understand your frustration however and definitely understand that solution wasn't perfect by any means. Would it make things less robotic if the game rotated between different titles for the player?
I'm really happy to hear you enjoyed getting to know Daisy! I had a lot of fun writing her and she was loosely based off some of the women I work with in the office, but slowly became her own person with her own flaws and quirks as I continued to write her.

This is what i suggested. You got a bunch of titles recorded already. However currently one has to choose just one. The game should be able to rotate between titles the player consented to.
Ah okay. I interpreted that as a "No titles please" option. I will consider adjusting the loop that players can pick from so they can hear different titles.
I think you can go the same route as with the disabling of kinks where unwanted titles are removed instead. This should be easier to implement as you already done it once.
I was thinking of doing this. I have access to the game's code as the original script writer and am capable of reusing ideas that I originally created. Thank you for your advice. Your feedback is helpful and I will keep it in mind. However, I am not comfortable receiving direct orders about how my game should be written.
